Current Event

This is my Current Event work. I read the information and answered the questions and then I drew a giraffe.  I like my drawing.

My Holiday

In the October school holidays I went to Auckland with Mum and Dad and Jacob. We went to Auckland because we wanted a holiday.  We wanted to go to Rainbow’s End and the Sky Tower.

We drove to Auckland and on the way I saw railroad crossings with barrier arms. I saw a Kiwi rail goods train but it didn't go through the barrier arms. On the way to Auckland we stopped at KFC.

We stayed at John and Di’s house and I slept in baby Madden’s room.

We went to Rainbow’s End and I went on the log flume with my mum and we went on the gold rush ride. There were candles flickering in lanterns.

We went on the helicopter ride and I pedalled to make us go higher.   The good and bad chocolate express train ride was fun, it was powered by an engine and it went curvy and straight at the same time. I told the kid train driver to speed up! My legs were trembling with fear.

I woke up early the next day and I had a little bit more sleep on the couch with the orange blanket and a pillow for my head. Then we went to Butterfly Creek and we went on the train at Dinosaur Kingdom. Mum liked looking at the butterflies but I wanted to see the crocodiles and the tarantula spider!  

That afternoon we went to the Sky Tower. We went up in the elevator to the sky deck to level 60!

It was a good holiday but we had to go back to New Plymouth and it was a long drive home.  I liked seeing the railroad crossings and barrier arms the best.

School Holidays

September 28, 2017

Tomorrow is the last week of school then it's the holidays and I will be at home for 2 weeks. I will make a lego railroad crossing and a lego cargo train will go through it. I am so happy to be at home with my mum and dad and Jacob and Jessie and me and I will have a bird meeting. When I am finished playing lego I'll stick it back into the container.

It is going to be my birthday in the school holidays. I will have a birthday party and my bird friend will come. I am so excited for my birthday party.

Gymsports

The best thing to do is on Wednesday when I went to gymsports.  I was told to wear a blue uniform. I am very happy to be at gym sports. The best thing to do is the floor routine.

I like to be a gym sports but it is fun to do gymsports and I am so happy to play it.

It makes me fit and healthy and it's a great way to get my body to work.

I swing on the bars and I do the floor routine and the roly poly on the mat.

Mum watched me and took photos and videos of me and she clapped.

I got a medal I was the winner of gymsports and I had to stand on a winner stand.

I had a great time at gymsports and I would like to do gymsports again.

The circus

On Thursday I went to the circus with my mum and dad and my brother Jacob. We lined up and got the tickets for the circus from the ticket booth. Inside the tent there were glow toys for sale.

At the circus I was hungry for popcorn and candy floss. Jacob and me got popcorn and candy floss. We watched the people perform tricks. They did all kinds of hard tricks which were exciting. I clapped and cheered. It was dark in the tent but I liked the colourful lights.

I saw a tall stick man with a whip and he did a whip bang. It cracked in my ear. Girls were spinning on roller skates. Men were jumping through hoops.

At the end of the show there was dancing music. We bought KFC on the way home. I really enjoyed the circus and I would like to go again one day.

Dungeon Lego

Dungeon

I played with my lego for a long time in the weekend. I am very happy to play with it because I am so proud of the castle dungeon I made. I love the lego dungeon and I am so happy to be making it and it is fun to make it with my mum. I am so happy to play it with my mum and I love the way that the dungeon looks. I will be the best in the world at making dungeons.

I put a man in the dungeon because he was naughty for stealing the gold from a treasure chest! He has to stay in the dungeon forever.

But one day the naughty man escaped by breaking the door down! He ran to a house and hid there until the lego police caught him and locked him up again in the dungeon.
